
Refund policy
RETURNS
We will accept a return or exchange of qualifying items purchased on our website within 30 days of your purchase. Personalized products are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. The Cellophane must be still wrapped around the fragrance and unbroken. To start a return, please submit a photo of the product and your order number to support@ryziger.com to verify condition. There is no restocking fee but you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and returning your item to us. Any original shipping costs associated with the purchase are non-refundable . If your return is approved to send back, we’ll send you the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 days depending on the processing time of the credit card company. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was used for payment. We regret to inform you that return shipping costs are not subject to refund. Ryziger Reserves the right to refuse refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please submit a photo of the product or a short video clip if necessary, and your order number to support@ryziger.om
EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items and/or products purchased with any promo codes and/or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
